How it works
How it works, from first question to funding
Six steps, one team, and no credit check until you decide to go ahead.
Practice owners and care providers are busy people. The process is designed so you spend as little time as possible on paperwork and as much as possible getting clear answers. Here's what happens after you enquire.
- 1
1. Tell us what you're planning (about 60 seconds)
What you're funding, roughly how much, your state, how long you've been trading and whether there's property available. No credit check at this stage.
- 2
2. A specialist calls you
Someone who understands clinics, centres and care providers reads your enquiry and rings to understand how your business gets paid, what the project involves and what you're comfortable repaying.
- 3
3. Realistic options, explained plainly
Property-secured, unsecured, a line of credit or a combination, sized to your project and your payment cycles. We tell you what's likely, what isn't, and why.
- 4
4. You decide
No pressure. If you'd like to proceed, we explain exactly which documents are needed. This is the point where a credit check is discussed, and only with your agreement.
- 5
5. Assessment and approval
We manage the process with the lender, answer questions as they come up and keep you updated, so you can keep seeing patients or running your centre.
- 6
6. Funding
Funds are paid to your business account or directly to the builder, supplier or vendor, depending on what you're funding.
What makes this different
- We understand how you're paid. Medicare incentives, NDIS claims, Child Care Subsidy, Support at Home and PBS all have their own timing. We factor that in rather than treating it as a red flag.
- No lead farming. Your details aren't sold or broadcast to a panel of lenders. You won't be flooded with calls.
- A real person, start to finish. The specialist who calls you understands your sector and stays with your enquiry.
- No interest rates on the website. Every facility is priced on your circumstances, so we talk real options, not headline numbers.
Before you enquire
If you're planning a project, the fit-out and equipment calculator helps you size the whole thing, including a cash buffer. If cash flow is the issue, the claims gap calculator shows how much is tied up waiting on payments. Neither is required, but both make the first call more useful.
Common questions
Does enquiring affect my credit score?
No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A credit check is only discussed once you've decided to go ahead, and only with your agreement.
Will my details be sent to lots of lenders?
No. We don't spray your enquiry across a list of lenders. One team handles it and matches your situation properly.
What should I have ready for the first call?
A rough idea of the amount and purpose, any quotes you've received, your recent trading picture and details of any property you could offer. Documents come later, only if you proceed.
How quickly can things move?
It depends on the amount, the security, the documents and any valuation needed. Having quotes, a lease and recent bank statements ready makes the biggest difference.
Why do you ask for accurate details on the form?
Because it lets us match you properly on the first call. The amount, purpose, state and whether there's property available shape which options are realistic.
